For 15 years, Emerald Cities Collaborative (ECC) has stood at the intersection of climate, economic, and racial justice—working shoulder to shoulder with frontline communities to build a more equitable, resilient, and sustainable future.

What began as a bold vision has grown into a national force for change. Across our five regions, Southern California, Northern California, Northwest, Northeast, DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia), in addition to the National Civic Infrastructure and Strategic Initiatives teams, we’ve helped workers of color access clean energy careers, supported small contractors in frontline communities, built community power, and shaped policies that center on justice. From workforce equity to resilient infrastructure to contractor development, ECC has been a driving force behind community-rooted solutions for climate and economic resilience.

And we’re just getting started.

To celebrate our 15th anniversary, we’re launching Invest in Impact, a campaign to raise $15,000 to power the next chapter of ECC’s work.
