A Breath for Lebanon

NAFAS was created with one mission in mind: to help people breathe freely, free from smoking. Over the past couple of years, through my work on social media, I’ve been fortunate to help 287 individuals quit smoking. I realized that a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization delivering unconventional messaging and unwavering support could make a profound impact, so I have been quietly preparing NAFAS for its launch when the time was right.

However, today, we face a different kind of battle—a battle for survival. My beloved country is burning, and the Lebanese people are enduring war, financial collapse, a healthcare crisis, and displacement. I had hoped to launch NAFAS to celebrate life, health, and freedom from smoking. But in these tragic times, it is clear that NAFAS must step forward now—not as a voice against smoking, but as a breath against war.

I invite anyone who can help to contribute, no matter how small. Your donations will go directly to those in need—families struggling to pay rent, afford medication, put food on the table, or cover basic living expenses. You can even specify the mission you wish to support (rent, medication, financial aid, food), and I will personally ensure that your contribution is allocated accordingly. Transparency is my promise: I will assess each case personally and report back on how the donations are being used.

Many people want to help but find it difficult to trust established channels or large organizations. I understand this, and that’s why I’m taking a hands-on approach, ana, myself. With NAFAS, you can trust that every donation will reach those who need it most.
