The Resilience Reception brings us together as a community to support youth mental health! It's a unique, hybrid event that you'll be telling your friends about for months after! We'll gather at St. John's High School for:

A delicious, themed, small plates reception
Silent auction with incredible items
In-room awards, inspiring speakers, and prizes for best theme outfits
A live, remote, interactive keynote by iconic actor & mental health advocate, Sean Astin!

It'll be a night to remember to begin Mental Health Awareness month and to celebrate resilience in our community!

WHY: In these times, families and youth need more support for their mental health than ever. SYFS removes barriers to mental health counseling so that youth and their families can live healthier lives sooner than later. We operate accessible outpatient clinics in Shrewsbury and Westborough, provide in-school counseling to a number of area schools and districts, and present psycho-education workshops throughout Worcester County and the state.
