Crystal Palmer most recently returned to her roots in senior living and serves as The Community Relations Director at Deane Hill Place. She has never met a stranger and maintains professional relationships that date back 30 years or more.  She epitomizes the word “caregiver” both professionally and personally.  Crystal worked at East TN Personal Care Services under Ms. Penny Bandy; running for Snowflake Queen is just a natural progression and a way to honor Penny’s legacy.  In her spare time, Crystal enjoys the company of her adult children, many friends, and her feisty rescue dog, Daisy.
