Atchison Alley Cats Alliance – The Feline Chronicles Foundation is building something sustainable—for cats and the community that cares for them.

From Alley to Advocate helps provide startup funding for our Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) program, kitten care, and the ethical foundations required to operate responsibly. This includes veterinary care, food and medical supplies, trapping equipment, and the necessary costs associated with licensing, compliance, and nonprofit formation.

We believe in doing this work the right way from the beginning—with transparency, accountability, and a long-term vision that protects cats while supporting caregivers, volunteers, and neighborhoods.
