We are a new Delaware non-profit dedicated to breaking down housing barriers for residents with poor or no credit and past evictions.

Our Mission:

We are one of only two Non-Profits in the country who act as a cosigner/guarantor on lease applications for individuals who don’t meet standard landlord credit or background checks. By guaranteeing leases, we reduce landlord risk, enabling relaxed verification standards and helping more people secure permanent housing.

BUT AS A NEW NON-PROFIT, WE NEED FUNDING AND YOUR HELP !

Every $40 Donation helps Co-sign a new lease or feed 5 homeless people for a day.

Your Donations allow us to serve more families, sign more leases and provide meals!

We offer comprehensive, one-on-one case management, Our services include shelter, food, clothing, gift cards, bill payment assistance, and more—whatever it takes to help people get back on their feet.
