Love Heals started as series of conversations between our founder and her friend after a sudden cancer diagnosis.

After watching many well meaning people not know how to respond to the word "cancer", a question arose: "how do you love someone who is trying to heal?". A year into her battle, she reached out needing prayer - she didn't have enough money for her next treatment.

In an attempt to do more, a concert was put together. 5 bands. Food trucks. $5 cover, 100% for her treatment. And she came to share her story with us.

Conversations about how to reclaim her identity back from cancer became a grass-roots initiative, championing others to take the stage and tell their stories.

To date, we've:

Achieved 501(c)3 status
Hosted 19 benefit events
Given away $165,000 cash and services
Hosted events in Los Angeles, Roanoke, Virginia Beach, Warsaw & Lynchburg of course
Launched Coffee for Caregivers in Roanoke & Lynchburg
Impacted 1,800+ attendees
Trademarked "Love Heals" & "Coffee for Caregivers"
Been invited to host events in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Michigan, South Carolina, New Hampshire & Alabama
Maintained our 100% model for our benefit events

From a conversation… to a hobby… to a mission.

Our goal through this poolside event is to:

Raise awareness - not only for us, but for those we walk alongside
