Make the Home of James and Grace Lee Boggs a Museum

I first met Grace when she came to speak at the Serve The People Asian American Movement Conference at UCLA in 1998 (see my profile pic). Scott & I moved to Detroit a few years later to work with & learn from her & the youth in Detroit Summer & later founded the Detroit Asian Youth Project which often met at her house. Grace & Jimmy’s 2 story brick house on Field Street holds so much history that deserves to be preserved & shared for current & future generations.
