How to Dodge A Bullet
If finding love had a manual, we would all buy it. A step-by-step guidebook on finding "the one"? Please Please Please! But what if it really was that simple?
Vee loves Hallmark movies almost as much as her Dad does. So much so, that she becomes determined to find the perfectly scripted love of her life, with a self-written guide on everything she's learned about love! "How to Dodge A Bullet: A Modern Day Girls Guide to True Love". Vee is determined her book of compiled advice is the key to finding her true love. Even with all the seemingly brilliant advice from her Dad and her favorite books and movies, Vee’s fairytale somehow still unfolds into a nightmare. Do people just not go by the book these days? This 60-minute trip into Vee’s dating reality begs us to open our eyes to the true tragedies of women becoming all too trusting in the advice we receive as little girls. How dangerous can a woman's quest to finding true love get, and why? Are matters of the heart just too complex to dictate? Maybe the support Vee needs can be found in the bonds only a father and daughter can make.
How to Dodge A Bullet. Written and directed by Ashley Vogt. Featuring songs by Sabrina Carpenter.
