Join DeLand Pilates and Bodhi + Sol at Venue 142 for a special Pride Month fundraiser benefiting Volusia Pride.

Spend an evening moving, unwinding, and connecting with community while supporting an important cause. The event begins with a 40-minute all-levels mat Pilates class led by Jayson LaFortune of DeLand Pilates. Combining core-focused exercises, mobility work, and intentional movement, this class offers an energizing workout that is accessible to all experience levels.

Following class, Chelsea Conard of Bodhi + Sol will lead a restorative 20-minute sound bath, creating an opportunity to slow down, settle in, and simply be present.

The evening concludes with a social hour featuring light refreshments and brews courtesy of Persimmon Hollow, providing time to connect with fellow attendees. Guests will also have the opportunity to connect with representatives from Volusia Pride, learn more about their work in the community, and capture a few photos throughout the evening.
