We are Entering the Design Phase

Making the Vision a Reality

We’re excited to announce that we’re working with Primary Concrete, an Austin-based skatepark design and construction company known for creating incredible, functional skateparks—even in smaller spaces.

Our goal is to have Primary Concrete develop a conceptual design for a 10,000-square-foot skatepark in Richardson. This is a huge step forward for Richardson Skatepark Advocates because it will allow us to start showing our community, city leaders, and potential supporters what this skatepark could actually look like.

But first, we need to raise $2,000 to get the design started.

💰 Our goal: $2,000
🛹 Our purpose: A permanent skatepark for Richardson
📐 Our next step: A professional skatepark design

Every contribution gets us one step closer to putting a real plan on paper—and ultimately, getting a skatepark built.

If you want to see a skatepark in Richardson as much as we do, please contribute whatever you can. $10, $25, $50, $100—it all adds up.

Let's turn the idea into a design.
Then let's turn the design into a skatepark.

Help us get started. 🛹❤️

Help Bring Richardson's First Modern Public Skatepark to Life

Every Great City Needs a Place to Ride

Richardson is known for its outstanding parks, trails, and recreation opportunities. Yet one thing is missing—a safe, dedicated public skatepark where skateboarders, BMX riders, scooter riders, and inline skaters can gather, learn, and grow.

Today, hundreds of local riders have few places to practice legally and safely. Many travel to neighboring cities to enjoy facilities that their own community doesn't offer. It's time for Richardson to invest in a space that serves residents of all ages and skill levels.

We're working to change that.

Why a Skatepark Matters

A skatepark is much more than ramps and rails.

It's a place where kids build confidence after landing their first trick.

It's where teenagers find a positive outlet instead of sitting behind a screen.

It's where parents can spend afternoons watching their children challenge themselves, make friends, and stay active.

It's where adults continue a lifelong passion while mentoring the next generation.

Skateboarding teaches perseverance, creativity, independence, and resilience. Every fall is a lesson. Every success is earned.

These are values worth investing in.

A Lasting Investment in Richardson

Communities across Texas have discovered that well-designed skateparks become vibrant public gathering spaces. They attract families, encourage healthy lifestyles, support local businesses, and provide opportunities for recreation that benefit residents for decades.

Richardson deserves to be one of those communities.

Our vision is a professionally designed, inclusive skatepark that welcomes beginners and experienced riders alike. A park that is safe, durable, accessible, and built to serve generations of Richardson residents.

Be Part of Something That Lasts

Imagine driving by a beautiful public skatepark a few years from now and knowing you helped make it happen.

Imagine hundreds of local kids learning new skills, making lifelong friends, and creating memories because people in this community believed they deserved a place to ride.

That's the opportunity we have today.

If you've ever believed Richardson could offer more for its young people, outdoor recreation, and active lifestyles, this is your chance to help create something that will benefit our city for generations.

Please consider making a donation today and sharing this campaign with your friends, neighbors, and family.

Together, we can build something extraordinary.

Let's build Richardson's skatepark.
